Our client, a leading Chinese renewable energy Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company operating in Uzbekistan, is seeking a talented and visionary Commercial Director to join their dynamic team. As the Commercial Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing commercial operations and driving the company's growth in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue opportunities.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the renewable energy market, including project development and partnerships.

• Lead contract negotiations with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure favorable terms and agreements.

• Manage and enhance client relationships, working closely with project teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify risks and opportunities.

• Provide guidance and direction to the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and finance, to ensure commercial success throughout project lifecycles.

• Prepare and present commercial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience (X years) in a commercial leadership role within the renewable energy sector.

• In-depth knowledge of renewable energy project development, EPC contracts, and commercial operations.

• Strong business acumen and a track record of successfully driving business growth and delivering financial results.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

• Willingness to be based in Uzbekistan and travel as required.
