​The Position:

• Manage commercial agreements (EPC contracts, financing agreements, O&M, PPAs,).

• Ensure compliance of the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) and joint ventures with applicable legal requirements.

• Preparation of annual operating budgets, cash flow forecasts and liquidity (including drawdowns, dividends, etc.)

• Coordinating asset management service providers and managing day-to-day interactions

• Implementing the operating strategy for an entire portfolio and introducing newly acquired assets

• Organising and implementing a business plan that meets the objectives of the project structure and contracts

• Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators of the project

• Manage external credit facilities, including ongoing reporting, management of reserves, management of covenants, subsequent termination of conditions and compliance with loan covenants

• Regular reporting and meetings with SPV directors to ensure they are informed of all key technical and commercial issues

• Working with the investment teams to identify contractual and/or commercial risks on new deals

The Person:

• + Have 3 years of professional experience in commercial asset management of renewable energy projects such as wind farms and/or solar plants.

• Have a Bachelor's degree with a focus on business, finance, accounting. Master's degree in finance or accounting preferred.

• You are competent in dealing with internal and external stakeholders

• Fluent in English and German
