The Green Recruitment Company are delighted to be working with one of the fastest growing Cleantech brands, with a focus on decarbonising global heavy & agricultural industries.
The company is a Green Hydrogen developer that utilises both new & existing renewable energy sources in the production of emission-free Green Hydrogen & derivative energy products from its global portfolio of first-wave projects. The role involves being accountable for a wide range of commercial activities that are essential to the successful operations & optimisation of the business portfolio, such as finding and negotiating commercial solutions for our route to market agreements or working with stakeholders & counterparties within the company as well as externally.
Proactively monitor, analyse, and translate the impact of regulatory, policy, and market changes to commercial value creation & identify revenue risks to the business project portfolio.
Support negotiation & management of key revenue agreements including optimisation, route to market, PPAs, behind a meter monetisation & power supply agreements.
Proactively manage stakeholders across the optimisation & monetisation fleet with focus on external partners: Route to Markets, Advisors, OEMs, Power offtakers etc.
Leading the due diligence workstream across M&A activities – scanning, identifying, and advising the Investment team on the project risks.
Creating executive summaries, reviewing contracts & MOUs (commercial not legal review).
University degree education, ideally within a related energy or commercial field.
3-5 years professional experience, with demonstrated experience working within the green energy market from an analytical or commercial standpoint.
Experience working with key stakeholders & presenting to investment committees or preparing presentations/documents to be used in such settings.
A fluent speaker of Portuguese.
