Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Representative who will act as the primary point of contact between the client and contractors, ensuring the successful delivery of offshore wind cabling packages. This role demands a proactive individual with exceptional communication and project management skills, capable of navigating the complexities of offshore wind projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Supervise the execution of cabling packages, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for the client, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Contractor Coordination: Collaborate with contractors to ensure alignment with project goals and adherence to contractual obligations.

• Quality Assurance: Monitor and enforce quality control procedures to ensure all work meets industry standards and project specifications.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.

• Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Client Representative or similar role in offshore wind projects, particularly in cabling packages.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of offshore wind cabling systems and installation processes.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and contractors.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing complex project challenges.

• Location: Based in Dunkirk, with the ability to travel to offshore sites as required.
