Responsibilities

• Client Liaison: Serve as the primary interface between the client and the project team, ensuring that all cable-related activities meet client standards and project requirements.

• Quality Supervision: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and performance of cable systems, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

• Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential risks in cable operations and collaborate with engineering teams to develop strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.

• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation of cable operations and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

• Effective Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication between all project stakeholders, fostering an environment of transparency and collaboration.

• Regulatory Oversight: Monitor all cable operations to ensure they adhere to local and international regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in cable management, particularly within offshore wind farm projects.

• In-depth understanding of cable technology, installation processes, and relevant regulations.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to work effectively under pressure.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in French highly desirable.
