Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team, ensuring that all cable-related activities align with client specifications and industry standards.

• Quality Assurance: Monitor the installation, maintenance, and operation of cable systems to guarantee top-notch quality and efficiency.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with cable systems and collaborate with engineering teams to develop mitigation strategies.

• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all cable-related operations and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.

• Coordination and Communication: Facilitate smooth communication between all project parties, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.

• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all cable operations adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (2-3 years) in cable management or similar roles within offshore wind farm projects.

• Deep understanding of cable technology, installation techniques, and industry-specific regulations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in French is highly advantageous.
