Responsibilities

• Project Liaison: Act as the key contact between the client and project teams, ensuring all cable-related operations align with client expectations and project specifications.

• Quality Management: Supervise the installation, maintenance, and functionality of the cable systems, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards and operational efficiency.

• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks associated with cable operations, collaborating with technical teams to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.

• Reporting and Compliance: Keep thorough records and provide detailed reports on cable activities to stakeholders, ensuring all operations comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

• Coordination and Communication: Facilitate effective communication across all project stakeholders, maintaining clear and timely information exchange.

• Regulatory Adherence: Ensure that all cable operations are carried out in accordance with relevant local and international regulations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cable management or related roles, particularly in offshore wind farm projects.

• Strong foundation in cable technologies, installation techniques, and regulatory standards.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Superior organizational and communication skills.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
