Job description

​The Role:

  • Working closely with the Client Manager as part of their team to manage the ongoing scope of work provided to the customer.

  • Ensure a timely, complete and accurate information is relayed to our customers in an effective way.

  • Gain a good working knowledge of commodity markets and their regulations for a variety of countries

  • Understand and manage the client relationship through excellent formal and informal communication including, but not limited to, the client’s business operation, key contacts and their respective roles, their market risk tolerance, and their industry pressures.

  • Assist Client Manager with coordination of client meetings using internal resources when appropriate, prepare the materials for the meeting(s).

  • Participate in internal and external communications, conference calls or meetings when necessary and presenting to all levels of the client’s organisation

  • Develop successful commercial relationship with our customer to understand their requirements and offer a range of business solutions to meet ongoing and changing needs

  • Other ad-hoc tasks related to energy spend calculations

 

The Individual:

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) and plus other EU language skills would be advantageous

  • Excellent in the use of Excel and other data processing software

  • Experience in commercial and contracting negotiations

  • Proven track record of commercial negotiations

  • Excellent time, project and people management skills

  • Attention to detail and an excellent quality focus

  • Good level of analytical skills

  • Good listening and interpersonal skills
