About the Role:
TGRC is thrilled to be recruiting a talented and enthusiastic Site Manager to lead a groundbreaking Solar PV construction project in Milton Keynes. Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Take charge of the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Team Leadership: Inspire and manage the on-site team, including subcontractors and suppliers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Health & Safety Compliance: Champion health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe workplace for all team members.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain excellent communication with clients, engineers, and senior management, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
Problem Solving: Tackle any challenges head-on, using your expertise and creativity to find effective solutions.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure all work meets the highest quality standards and contractual requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager, with a focus on civil engineering and Solar PV construction projects.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of civil engineering principles and Solar PV construction techniques.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
Health & Safety Knowledge: Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with all project stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
