Our client, a leading Chinese solar manufacturer, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their team in Shanghai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's technology strategy, with a focus on driving innovation, improving product quality, and reducing manufacturing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's technology strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

• Lead the technical team in the development of new solar module designs and technologies, ensuring that they meet quality and safety standards.

• Manage the entire R&D process, from ideation to commercialization, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Identify and implement new technologies and manufacturing processes that can reduce costs and improve efficiency.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular updates to senior management.

Requirements:

• PhD or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in research and development, with a focus on solar module design and technology.

• Strong knowledge of solar module design and manufacturing processes, with the ability to identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement.

• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret technical data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
