Business Services Manager

Role & Responsibility

  • To achieve targeted revenue, the candidate needs to develop and deliver new business and contracted sales (such as organizational and product carbon footprint, Science-Based Targets, business climate strategies, green supply chain, green technology investment, and green finance)
  • Excellent Skills in both strategic and tactical proposal writing and presentation to demonstrate company’s value and business project
  • Be able to use CRM systems as working software and work within a matrix management structure
  • Attending the industry related events and working closely with the in-house marketing & communications team to ensure appropriate integrated sales


Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, energy, environment, MBA, etc.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience either working in a relevant role for a corporate or as a sustainability in managing senior corporate customer relationships, typically at Head of and Director level and within Sustainability, Property, Business Strategy & Operations teams
  • Demonstrable track record of sales delivery and growth in an early-stage market
  • Demonstrable track record of sales delivery in a technical, discretionary spend, B2B service
  • Experience of selling assurance and/or technical consulting services
