Business Development Manager
The green recruitment company is delighted to be partnered up with one of the fastest growing cleantech business, covering the development, deployment, and placement of battery technologies. By having systems which reduces grid energy by up to 85%, they have made their mark globally in delivering net zero targets & making the transition easier and sustainable.
They are looking for an enthusiastic Business Unit Manager whose core responsibilities will be to maintain relationships with existing clients, but also, generate new relationships to grow the business further, across Benelux region.
Determines annual unit and gross-profit goals through marketing strategies; analysing trends and results.
Establishes sales objectives to underpin sales and gross profit goals, by product and market segment.
Maintains and develops current customer relationships to grow sales and the business.
Creates new customer relationships leading to new business development and growth in sales and business.
Maintains CRM (Hubspot) / Sales tracker and identifies trends and sales patterns.
Provides and presents monthly sales report.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Required Skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels.
Passionate about the EV market & new integrated technologies.
You work seamlessly as part of the team, or when required on your own.
A sales qualification or previous sales experience would be advantageous.
Ambitious sales individual with great track record.
