  • Contribute to improving sales processes, tools and materials

About You

You’re commercially minded, confident engaging with clients and motivated by the opportunity to work in clean energy. You enjoy autonomy but thrive in a collaborative team, and you’re keen to develop your career in a high-growth sector.

Experience in hydrogen is not essential — candidates from adjacent industries are encouraged to apply.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a B2B sales or commercial role

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently

  • Genuine interest in sustainability, clean energy and innovation

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software

  • Tendering or bid support experience is desirable but not essential

Why Apply?
  • Play a direct role in accelerating the UK’s clean energy transition

  • Join a collaborative, supportive and values-led team

  • Work on nationally significant decarbonisation projects

  • Clear opportunities for learning, development and progression

  • Competitive benefits package, including private healthcare, matched pension and 28 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
