The Client


The Green Recruitment Company is delighted to be working with an LED Lighting company that specializes in selling lighting as a service. They completed the most lighting projects in Europe last year and have recently pledged an additional investment of £30 million into the Education sector alone. The client is looking to massively expand its team after unveiling exciting growth plans due to take place over the next few years.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop new business leads in a specific region in both the private and public sector
  • Work together with a Technical Engineer to develop a proposal for the customer
  • Sell the proposal to the customer – using experience from selling energy as a service
  • Cross sell wider services to the customer




  • At least 2 years’ experience selling ‘Energy as a service’ or ‘Lighting as a service’
  • Base understanding surrounding LED lighting solutions
  • At least 4 years’ experience demonstrating consistent results in terms of developing ‘New Business’
  • A clear understanding of the ‘Hunter’ mindset, as opposed to the ‘gatherer’ mindset.
