Bureau Analytics Lead

£29,500 - £35,000

London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

The Green Recruitment Company is delighted to be working with a public sector energy procurement and energy management business, focused on delivering their customer's net zero carbon targets.

The business is seeking a Bureau Analytic Lead to work with the Systems and Processes lead to streamline and automate data validation and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure the Bureau service and bespoke reporting are carried out and issued to customers on a timely and accurate basis.

  • Coach and manage a team to deliver excellent performance and service to our customers.

  • Put in place robust Quality Assurance methods and processes.

  • Monitor the performance and the quality of the Bureau Service validation and reporting via Dashboard Reporting and KPIs.

  • Implement a proactive approach of flagging anomalies in consumption and cost to customers, signposting potential routes to investigate and resolve the anomalies.

  • Identify service and reporting opportunities for bureau customers.

  • Manage and resolve process or performance issues that are impacting the effective production of reporting.

  • Work with the Systems and Processes Lead to streamline processes and reporting.

  • Oversee the onboarding of new customers, acting as a technical lead for new customer bureau reporting requirements.

  • As part of the Leadership Team, uphold and embed the Commercial Services Values.

  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, legislation, and contractual commitments.

About you:

  • An understanding of the Energy industry

  • Detailed knowledge of energy and carbon reporting systems

  • Detailed understanding of energy, water, and carbon reporting methodologies

  • Experience in setting and measuring performance metrics and taking management actions against outputs

  • Experience in managing, leading, and coaching highly successful teams

  • Experience in implementing and managing strong Quality Assurance processes

  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience in managing large data sets in a timely and accurate manner

  • Experience in identifying and improving ineffective processes

  • Experience in delivering customer reporting outputs to a tight schedule
