Job description

The Green Recruitment Company is looking for an experienced Billing & Credit Manager. This position would suit someone with at least 4-5 years of experience working in a senior Billing / Pay & Bill role of a recruitment company and having a thorough understanding of end-to-end process for billing, in particular for contract revenue. Previous management experience is an advantage but not absolutely necessary as we can provide management training.

Initially the role will require the candidate to roll up their sleeves and be hands-on. There will also be a focus on the development and setup of systems and processes having recently transitioned the finance function ‘in-house’ from the previous outsourced model.

A keen eye for detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and an understanding of recruitment sector billing nuances will be important in this role.
