Previous management experience is an advantage but not absolutely necessary as we can provide management training.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity as a result of recent growth and investment in the business, with plans to accelerate this further through development of new revenue streams and continued international expansion.

The role will be broad and varied and will be supporting the Finance Manager in building a first-class global finance team to support the ambitious international growth plans for the company.

Initially the role will require the candidate to roll up their sleeves and be hands-on. There will also be a focus on the development and setup of systems and processes having recently transitioned the finance function ‘in-house’ from the previous outsourced model.

A keen eye for detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and an understanding of recruitment sector billing nuances will be important in this role.

  • Excellent attention to detail
