​The Green Recruitment Company is in the search of a BESS and Green Hydrogen Head to work for an important renewable energy company backed by a relevant Investment Fund to be based in Madrid but with an Iberian scope.

Responsibilities

• Identify and originate greenfield and brownfield BESS projects.

• Partnership with developers and negotiate codevelopment agreements.

• Assessment of the technical and economical feasibility of the projects.

• Analyse the electrical network to facilitate the grid and interconnection of the projects.

• Liaison with external stakeholders such as local and regional authorities, local communities and third party partners.

• Oversee the permits and administrative paperwork in all of the ongoing projects.

• Prepare the management reporting including KPIs and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• More than 3 years of experience in origination and Business Development related business development experience.

• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.

• Focused and goal-oriented.

• Availability to travel.

• Fluent English is compulsory.
