BayWa r.e.: Renewable Energy HR Advisor/ Specialist

Location: Milton Keynes

TGRC is working exclusively with BayWa r.e.: Renewable Energy. Due to the growing demand for renewable energies BayWa r.e. has experienced significant growth in recent years. Therefore, they are looking for a HR Advisor/Specialist to further support their UK HR team.

The HR Advisor/ Specialist will assist in the delivery of their people strategy by business partnering with their Operation Services client group.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to UK HR Manager.

• Support the management of the Recruitment processes and the onboarding of new starters for the Operation Services client group.

• Act as first point of contact, assisting with the management of HR queries for the Operation Services employees in the UK across different locations.

• Responsible for the creation of the HR analytics and reports.

• Updating HR documents in accordance with IMS standards such as job descriptions, employee contracts, onboarding and leaver protocols and other HR processes.

Requirements: 

• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in human resources

• CIPD Level 5 desirable

• Good knowledge of UK employment laws and application

• Relevant experience of managing / supporting employee relations processes

• Experience in talent acquisition

• Good knowledge of MS Office and HR management tools

• Eligibility to work in the UK

• Open to UK travel
