Job Description:

Our client, a leading Renewable Energy Developer, is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the construction and installation of Solar PV projects in Mid-Wales. The Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for assisting the Site Manager in ensuring projects are constructed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Manager in managing on-site construction activities, including overseeing the installation of Solar PV systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental requirements

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues

• Manage on-site personnel, including contractors and subcontractors

• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

• Provide regular project updates to the Site Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in site management or related construction roles

• Strong technical knowledge of Solar PV systems and installation methodologies

• Experience working on construction sites and managing on-site personnel

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and environmental requirements
