Opportunity:

• Asset management of construction projects, inter alia
• Point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Liquidity management, planning of capital calls and milestone payments
• Supervision of construction progress
• Cross-functional guidance and coordination, including external consultants
• Review of projects in acquisition phase from an Asset Management perspective
• Preparation of Asset Management statements for the investment decision process
• Support the investment team with Asset Management expertise during the acquisition phase
• Supervision of warranty inspections, technical acceptance and due diligence processes
• Management of complex liability, insurance, or warranty cases
• Conduct commercial and technical performance analysis

Individual:

• Completed University degree (e.g. industrial engineering, commercial engineering)
• Solid work experience in project management, asset management, operations management, ideally within the EMEA region
• Strong expertise of renewable energy projects, commercially or technically
• Hybrid interest in technical and commercial aspects of a renewable energy transaction (wind, pv solar or energy storage)
• Fluent language skills in English are mandatory, additional language skills like German or Spanish are of advantage
• Ability to work independently is of big importance as a teamwork identification
• MS Office, especially Excel expertise is to be expected
• High focus on setting priorities, keeping up with deadlines, communication and organisational abilities
