Location: Taipei, Taipei City, Taiwan (On-site)

As the APAC O&M Director, you will spearhead the Offshore Wind Service project operation, directly reporting to the regional CEO. With a robust background in project management spanning over 10 years, particularly in large offshore wind projects, you'll play a pivotal role in strategic planning across all facets of Service and offshore business in the region.

Responsibilities:

Leadership Excellence.

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team, 

• Consequently, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of innovation within the APAC Offshore Wind Service projects.

Strategic Planning.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to formulate and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and positioning the organization as a leader in the offshore wind industry.

Project Management Mastery.

• Leverage your extensive project management experience to oversee timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale offshore wind projects.

International Expertise.

• Apply your international experience to navigate and comply with regional regulations,

• Moreover, fostering effective collaborations with local partners and stakeholders.

Reporting to Regional CEO.

• In addition, you'll work closely with the regional CEO to provide regular updates on project status,

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in O&M, with a focus on large offshore wind projects, showcasing a successful track record in project management.

• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, driving growth and success across diverse business areas in the APAC region.

• Lastly, Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and the regional CEO.
