Job Title: Algorithm Engineer - Energy Trading Platform

Our client, an international energy supplier, is seeking an Algorithm Engineer to join their team in Beijing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing algorithms for an energy trading platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement algorithms for an energy trading platform to optimize trading decisions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and manage risks and opportunities in energy trading

• Monitor and analyze market and industry trends to identify potential risks and opportunities

• Work with traders and analysts to develop and implement trading strategies

• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members

• Research and implement new technologies and methods to improve trading performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field

• At least 5 years of experience in algorithm development, with experience in energy trading preferred

• Strong knowledge of algorithm design and development principles, tools, and techniques

• Experience in developing and implementing algorithms for energy trading or related industry

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus
