Job description

​The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Purchasing Administrator with experience in procurement management, budget control, and vendor relations.

If you have experience in purchasing and administration, especially in the construction industry, this is the opportunity for you

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement strategies to reduce purchasing costs.

  • Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.

  • Select reliable suppliers and establish strong business relationships.

  • Verify purchase orders, approving or rejecting requests as needed.

  • Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

  • Solve issues with suppliers and vendors.

  • Monitor purchase orders generated to suppliers.

  • Receive products delivered and manage returns of non-compliant products.

  • Prepare and present detailed purchasing reports.

Requirements:

  • More than 2 years of experience in purchasing and administration.

  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred, with knowledge of construction materials and service and lease contracts.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle tasks under pressure.

  • Basic mathematical skills applicable to procurement management.
