TGRC is excited to be partnering with a multinational battery manufacturer to appoint an Administrative Assistant for projects and field services. This client designs, develops, produces and services batteries in 19 countries with a team of 4000 people. They are committed to energy that is affordable, clean, reliable, and accessible. This role will provide customer support, coordinate logistics and shipments, and ensure accurate reporting and distribution of information. This client is looking for someone with ERP system experience and a good understanding of corporate, legal and financial practices in commercial environments.
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System tasks - customer set-up, order maintenance and reporting.
Manage customer documentation.
Interact with logistics and assist with customer shipments.
Interact with the finance and project management teams to assist with project deliverables.
Schedule and coordinate agendas for site visits.
Assist with team travel plans and calendar coordination.
Accurately report and distribute information to stakeholders.
High school diploma.
Understanding of corporate practices (contracts language, purchase orders, chains of communication).
Proficient in Excel.
Experience with ERP systems.
Qualification in Business Administration.
