Their clients are some of the largest names in the UK, with an entrepreneurial business solutions outlook. They are seeking an Account Director to help on their mission to be the UKs top energy consultancy.
Job Purpose:
- Direct a customer facing growth team, accountable for the lifetime success of their customers.
Accountability/Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with, coach and mentor direct and indirect colleagues, providing efficient customer focused service
- Promote customer growth, excellent customer service and operational excellence
- Ensure service levels and satisfaction are met and exceeded
- Delivering outstanding customer experience

- Proven customer success, account director or retention experience
- Demonstrate ability to sell through a consultative service
- Previous experience in the energy or utility industry (desirable)
- Ability to travel across the UK and some international travel where required
