​The Green Recruitment Company are partnering with a leading global financial institution who are at the forefront of structuring deals for the renewable energy and infrastructures sectors.

They're going through an exciting period of growth, taking advantage of favourable market conditions, and are looking for a VP to join the team in Singapore.

This person will join a passionate and energetic team and assist in the origination, structuring and execution of structured debt transactions within the energy & infrastructure sector across the Asia Pacific region.

Your role:

• Participate in both origination and execution of transactions, from the pitch phase through to closing including due diligence and drafting of document

• Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance and to analyze the impact of different capital structures and potential M&A transactions

• Develop and maintain client, advisor and bank relationships and assist with bankability assessment

• Assist with identification and entry into new markets and sectors

Your background:

• Degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years' experience in financial services

• Detailed understanding of project finance structures and knowledge of key financing and project document terms.

• Experienced project finance modelling and debt sizing capabilities, with working knowledge of M&A being highly desirable

• Knowledge and personal passion for financing and development of large-scale renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure projects
