​Vice President (VP) of Business Development - Renewable Energy Component Manufacturer

Responsibilities: As the VP of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and expansion in the renewable energy market. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Developing and executing strategic business plans to expand the company's market presence and achieve revenue targets.

2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance the company's product offerings and market reach.

3. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.

4. Leading and mentoring a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

5. Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to make informed business decisions.

6. Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand visibility and networking opportunities.

Requirements: To thrive in this crucial leadership role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

2. Proven track record of success in business development within the renewable energy sector, preferably in solar PV.

3. Strong understanding of the renewable energy market landscape, trends, and regulatory environment.

4. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

5. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

6. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication.
