Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of complex transactions

• Preparation of detailed financial models, valuations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders

• Provide leadership and guidance to junior colleagues

Key Requirements:

• 6-10 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a related field

• Demonstrated experience leading on Renewable Energy transactions
