​Our client a boutique Advisor focused purely on the renewables sector is searching for a VP to join their growing team. The individual should have M&A clean energy relevant deal execution experience.

The role:

• Provide capital-raising (including debt & equity) and transaction-advisory services to companies in the Energy space

• Support on the production of company investor presentations

• Execute corporate finance transactions

• Support Juniors on building and maintaining company financial and valuation models

The individual:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
