The Green Recruitment Company is working with a prominent Chinese Solar Cell Manufacturer seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Technical Support Representative to join their remote EU-based team. Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch technical support to customers and partners across Europe, addressing queries related to solar cell products and solutions.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to installation, operation, and maintenance of solar cell products.

• Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance product performance.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's solar cell products, industry trends, and best practices.

• Deliver technical trainings and product demonstrations to customers and partners, both virtually and in person (when required).

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.

• Fluency in English and at least one other European language (both written and spoken).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote teams.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site customer support and trainings.
