Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support or field service, preferably within the renewable energy industry.

  3. Strong knowledge of renewable energy components, such as solar panels, inverters, or energy storage systems.

  4. Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.

  5. Customer-focused mindset with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  6. Fluency in English and German is essential. Additional language skills are a plus.

  7. Willingness to travel within Europe to visit customers and provide on-site support as needed.

  8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.

  9. Familiarity with CRM systems and technical support tools is advantageous.
