This position is based in Bangkok and will involve overseeing onshore and offshore wind projects across the APAC region. Position Overview

As Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of both onshore and offshore wind energy projects. This role requires extensive coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the specified timeline, budget, and quality standards. You will be the key technical advisor and coordinator for projects spanning across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical management of onshore and offshore wind projects, ensuring technical standards and requirements are met.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and external contractors to ensure effective project execution.

• Lead the planning and implementation of project schedules, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.

• Monitor project progress, providing technical support and solutions to emerging challenges.

• Manage and train a team of engineers and technical staff, ensuring professional development and adherence to industry standards.

• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international environmental and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in wind energy project management, with a focus on both onshore and offshore projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to adapt to changing scenarios.

• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools.

• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages spoken in the APAC region is a plus.

Location

This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand, and will require occasional travel across the APAC region to manage and oversee project sites.

Compensation

The annual salary for this position ranges between $60,000 and $80,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.

Contract Duration

This is a permanent position with TGRC, providing long-term career opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
