Overview

The Green Recruitment Company are working alongside a highly regarded, medium sized green energy infrastructure investor and operator. With portfolio companies across the UK, Ireland and Europe, this is a role for an ambitious professional with a level of expertise in renewable energy operations.

Job Purpose

• Liaise with service providers, internal teams and sub-contractors to ensure excellent technical and financial performance of the portfolio assets
• Present the performance of the assets in regular internal review meetings
• Manage relationships with project finance banks
• Prepare regular asset valuations and reports for funds
• Identify value creation opportunities

Personal Specification

• A high-quality academic record from a leading university
• Demonstratable experience in the renewable energy sector
• Good analytical and organisation skills
• Several years of experience in asset management / technical consultancy
• Technically minded – successful candidate would be expected to apply skills to liaise with engineering experts, subcontractors and advise on asset optimisation opportunities
• Good knowledge of finance - the successful applicant will need to understand financial models, financial statements and business plans in connection to the assets
• Wind energy experience would be an advantage
• Fluency in English
