The Green Recruitment Company are assisting one of the leading & most innovative energy solutions provider in the UK to help identify a new Technical Lead for their Home Energy & IOT business unit. London based, this individual will take a solutions driven lead on rolling out home energy management technologies and wider services to 1000's of domestic & commercial customers nationwide. 

Core Responsibilities 

• Software development & Solution integration using data driven targets assessing energy-use by way of effectively improving processes and products. 
• Building on business requirements and customer needs to uphold an ever-evolving service offering in the IOT/Energy innovations/energy reduction space. 
• Project Management across R&D of new products & services (Energy) 
• Analysis of hardware, software & configuration requirements 
• Conscientious awareness of Project risk reduction 

Personal Specification 

• Extensive experience designing solutions, must have come from a technical or development
• Strong familiarity of Internet of Things (IOT), Energy Reduction, Energy Management/Distribution/Smartgrid technologies 
• Full Product / Software Development Lifecycle experience
• Ideally - In depth practical experience of Agile delivery methodologies
