At The Green Recruitment Company we are working with a client who is a leading manager of renewable energy investment platforms. This role would suit a candidate with an interest in technical and client facing roles, demonstrating a passion for the renewables sector.
 

The Opportunity

The key accountabilities of this role involve:
  • Leading the resolution of specific technical and contractual issues on sites as they arise, gaining agreement for solutions from investors as required and driving the solutions to a conclusion
  • Proactively identifying and pursuing technical and contractual optimisation opportunities
  • Working closely with the specific Asset Managers and Portfolio Managers responsible for the day-to-day management of these sites
  • Providing technical and contractual expertise and support to the Head of Asset Management and the rest of the Asset Management team
  • Supporting the Head of Asset Management and the rest of the Asset Management team in communicating technical and contractual matters to investors
  • Attend and contribute to industry workgroups and forums in order to develop knowledge of best practice to incorporate into portfolio improvements
  • Contributing to investor reporting as required
  • Conduct site visits and inspections as required

Qualifications:
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant technical subject
  • +5yrs of renewable energy technical asset management, construction or technical consultancy experience
  • Understanding of UK H&S regulations and guidelines
