Our client, a leading Chinese Utility Company, is seeking a Technical Engineer specializing in bid management for renewable energy and infrastructure projects to join their team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bid process from identification through to submission, ensuring that all technical requirements are met and bids are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the bid process from identification through to submission, ensuring that all technical requirements are met and bids are delivered on time

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners to support the bid process and promote the company's products and services

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement bid strategies, including technical, commercial, and legal aspects

• Conduct technical and commercial assessments of bid opportunities to identify risks and opportunities

• Coordinate and lead technical and commercial bid teams to ensure that all requirements are met and bids are delivered to a high standard

• Prepare and review bid documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, schedules, and budgets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

• At least 5 years of experience in bid management for renewable energy and infrastructure projects

• Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy and infrastructure projects

• Experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus
