The Role:
As the Talent Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, nurturing, and developing the potential of our employees. Your strategic approach to talent management will ensure that we attract, retain, and develop the best talent in the industry, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive talent development strategies

• Identifying training and development needs through job analysis and regular consultation with business managers

• Designing and delivering a range of learning and development initiatives

• Managing the talent review process to ensure a robust succession plan is in place

• Evaluating the effectiveness of talent development programs and making recommendations for improvement

• Providing coaching and mentoring to support employee development

Requirements:

• Proven experience in talent development or a related field, preferably within the manufacturing sector

• Strong understanding of learning and development best practices

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

• Ability to design and deliver a variety of training programs

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
