Our client is a world leading certification provider of technical services. The global team is looking for a Sustainable Service Manager to strengthen the low carbon and sustainable business in Asia.


The Responsibilities of the Role

  • Gain and maintain holistic understanding toward all the sustainability service capabilities in company’s services portfolio.

  • Manage projects assigned according to applied standards, regulations, internal and external requirements within lead time.

  • Work collaboratively with the sales/KAM team under various business units and/or act independently to penetrate or revitalize sustainability services into the existing customers.

  • Act as the point of primary reference and technical resource for enquiries on sustainability services and answer arising technical & procedural questions.

  • Identify, interpret and track the evolving issues/needs/problems of customers that can be solved with sustainability services.

  • Design, validate, and present solutions to address the prevailing/emerging sustainability issues/needs/problems of customers; identify business drivers and risks involved to the customer.

  • Structure and produce compelling service proposals/commercial and technical documentation specifying the cost savings/business benefits to customers of using bespoke sustainability solutions.

  • Attend meetings with potential customers to determine their technical and business requirements, and ensure that all customer requirements are interpreted, collated and articulated to the implementation/project team for smooth transition from sale to delivery.

  • Contribute to the development of marketing and sales kits for sustainability services where necessary.

  • Promote and facilitate the collaboration between business units/locations/regions in the sale and delivery of sustainability services to ensure the efficient deployment of resources and the consistency of service quality.


  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferable in scientific or engineering disciplines.

  • At least 5 years of working experience in At least 5 years relevant working experience in CDM certification.

  • Specific knowledge of Climate-related topics: Climate regulation, Carbon markets and pricing, Nature based solutions, Carbon accounting (GHG protocol), Target setting methodologies, Reporting standards.

  • Consultancy skills, combining the ability to understand customer issues/requirements whilst prescribing solutions that address these issues/requirements.

  • Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions.

  • Good command of English.

  • Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required.
