​The Green Recruitment Company are partnering with a leading Solar Developer who are at the forefront of the renewable energy sector.

The structured finance team's primary focus is leading, structuring and negotiating the clients financings through project and corporate level debt in all operational jurisdictions.

The Role:

This role is mainly focused on the quantitative analysis required to support investment decisions, debt raising and M&A processes

• Manage qualitative aspects of project & portfolio financing.

• Preparation of detailed financial models, with a focus on project financing.

• Produce and review information memorandum and investment papers.

• Have a good understanding of power markets, tax, accounting and project financing in current operational jurisdictions.

• Collaborate with regional teams to assess investment opportunities

The Individual:

• Experience within the financial and investment sectors with strong analytical skills.

• Strong financial modelling capabilities, ideally within a project finance setting.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in different teams.

• Able to draft and prepare presentation materials including but not limited to deal teasers, management presentations and other supporting documentation.

• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with a high standard of work and attention to detail.

• Highly organised and detail oriented.

An interest in renewable energy is an advantage but not a requirement.
