​Our client backed by a leading Renewables Pension Fund are looking for an Associate with 2-6 years experience. The ideal candidate will come from a top tier University and will have spent time at an Investment Bank covering Renewables or Infrastructure. Salary 6 figure base and generous package, bonuses can be bought out.

The role:

• Interact with the different deal, asset management and finance teams to set debt strategy

• Support or lead day-to-day execution work on structured finance transactions

• Design, build, and manage DCF for debt raising transactions

• Interact and manage relationships with advisors, banks and other capital providers

• Present to management and key stakeholders to influence decision making for the transaction

The Induvial:

• Must have direct structured finance experience

• Renewable energy or Infrastructure experience is desired

• Worked on PPA backed transactions

• Proven deal project finance deals execution track-record through previous hands-on experience, including financial modelling and negotiating transaction documents

• Strong process management skills including ability to manage relationships with advisors and lenders

• Hardworking & a team player
