The Role

The role is supporting the global investment and strategy functions of Europe’s leading solar developer. Opportunity to work in a lean, experienced team within a fast-paced start up environment, with potential for fast career progression and international travel. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

Responsibilities will include supporting global M&A transactions, international new market entry, equity and debt fundraising and various global strategy initiatives. 

Ideal candidate will have background in M&A and/or strategy consulting, with experience of engaging with internal + external stakeholders and managing complex processes / transactions. 
 

Experience/Knowledge Required: 

• Financial Modelling 
• Financial analysis 
• Strategic thinking 
• Preparation of high quality presentation materials 
• Undergraduate degree - 2:1 or equivalent 
• Masters / MBA preferred but not required 
• 3-5 years M&A / principal investment / strategy consulting experience 
• Personal Qualities 
• Team player 
• Self starter
