Sourcing Manager
Job description
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for speciality material categories, with a focus on process materials.
Lead the establishment of global framework agreements with suppliers, manage supplier performance, and ensure continuous production supply.
Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve global targets in cost, quality, and delivery.
Act as a key liaison, effectively managing relationships with suppliers and internal customers.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant global sourcing experience, better from the following industries: Aerospace; Automotive Manufacturing (especially New Energy Vehicles and Lightweight Material Applications); Shipbuilding; Construction & Building Materials (Structural Reinforcement and Composite Material Applications)
Solid experience and proven track record in strategic sourcing and category management.
Excellent communication skills, capable of handling internal and external coordination in a global role.
Strong negotiation skills and project management capabilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Structured, systematic, and transparent approach to work and process management.
Skilled in priority management and maintaining composure under pressure.
Results-oriented with a focus on problem-solving.
Fluent in English. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
