​Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for speciality material categories, with a focus on process materials.

• Lead the establishment of global framework agreements with suppliers, manage supplier performance, and ensure continuous production supply.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve global targets in cost, quality, and delivery.

• Act as a key liaison, effectively managing relationships with suppliers and internal customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant global sourcing experience, better from the following industries: Aerospace; Automotive Manufacturing (especially New Energy Vehicles and Lightweight Material Applications); Shipbuilding; Construction & Building Materials (Structural Reinforcement and Composite Material Applications)

• Solid experience and proven track record in strategic sourcing and category management.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of handling internal and external coordination in a global role.

• Strong negotiation skills and project management capabilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Structured, systematic, and transparent approach to work and process management.

• Skilled in priority management and maintaining composure under pressure.

• Results-oriented with a focus on problem-solving.

• Fluent in English. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
