​A leading renewable energy company is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to support the delivery of solar and renewable energy projects. This role will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and quality control

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and building codes

• Track project progress and work closely with project managers to resolve issues, delays, and field challenges

• Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and project documentation

• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

• Supervise and mentor field crews, providing leadership and technical guidance

• Monitor project budgets, labor hours, and material costs

• Ensure adherence to OSHA safety standards and site safety protocols

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar field leadership role

• Strong knowledge of construction practices, codes, and safety regulations

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Experience with solar or renewable energy projects is a plus

• Electrical License is a plus

• OSHA certification preferred

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
