​Job title: Solar Project Finance Director

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States (On-site)

The Green Recruitment Company is partnering with an IPP that is seeking a Director of Project Finance to lead the execution of their project financing strategies. This role requires an individual with a proven track record of deal closing, communication skills, and interfacing with external and internal stakeholders. This role will report to the CFO, and ensure all projects meet requirements and transactions for debt and tax equity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead negotiations in documentation, diligence, debt and tax equity transactions

• Manage external relationships contributing to project diligence as part of debt and tax equity financing

• Maintain and expand debt and tax equity financing

• Looking into suggestions for new investment opportunities

• Prepare presentations for management and board

• Review and design financial models

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of solar and/or storage experience

• Successful track record of managing complex project finance, tax equity and M&A transactions from beginning to end

• Understanding and ability to work with financial models and perform sensitivity analyses, particularly regarding features specific to tax equity partnership and debt transactions

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Presentation skills to a variety of external partners and internal parties
