Job Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a vital role in identifying and qualifying prospective customers through phone and email outreach. This position, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the dynamic and growing solar industry.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identifying and qualifying new customers in adherence to the company's qualification parameters.

  • Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual qualified meeting goals.

  • Efficiently utilizing the company's business systems, including Salesforce, Zoominfo, Google Suite, HubSpot, and others as instructed.

  • Articulating the benefits of solar, including tax credits, depreciation, incentives, and ROI.

  • Maintaining a working knowledge of various state and utility-specific incentive programs.

  • Keeping open lines of communication with the Sales Team regarding qualified meetings.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience setting meetings through calls and emails.

  • Strong ability to clearly articulate solar value propositions verbally and in writing.

  • Professionalism, persistence, politeness, and self-confidence.

  • Tech-savvy with a high capacity to learn and apply new technology quickly.

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree.
