Job Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a vital role in identifying and qualifying prospective customers through phone and email outreach. This position, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the dynamic and growing solar industry.
Key responsibilities:
Identifying and qualifying new customers in adherence to the company's qualification parameters.
Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual qualified meeting goals.
Efficiently utilizing the company's business systems, including Salesforce, Zoominfo, Google Suite, HubSpot, and others as instructed.
Articulating the benefits of solar, including tax credits, depreciation, incentives, and ROI.
Maintaining a working knowledge of various state and utility-specific incentive programs.
Keeping open lines of communication with the Sales Team regarding qualified meetings.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience setting meetings through calls and emails.
Strong ability to clearly articulate solar value propositions verbally and in writing.
Professionalism, persistence, politeness, and self-confidence.
Tech-savvy with a high capacity to learn and apply new technology quickly.
Working knowledge of Salesforce.
A Bachelor’s Degree.
