TGRC, a premier recruitment firm in the renewable energy sector, is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee operations for an onshore wind project based in Klaipeda. This role offers a competitive day rate of €600 and is fundamental to ensuring the successful delivery of renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the onshore wind farm site, ensuring all activities comply with project specifications and safety standards.

• Manage all site personnel, coordinating tasks and schedules to maximize productivity.

• Serve as the primary liaison between company headquarters, local authorities, and contractors to maintain clear and effective communication.

• Implement project management practices to monitor project progress, address delays, and optimize performance.

• Ensure adherence to all environmental regulations and strive for minimal environmental impact.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Site Manager, specifically within the onshore wind energy sector.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to make decisions quickly and effectively under pressure.

• Proficient in project management software and familiar with the latest industry technologies.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

This contract role is for a period of 12 months, with the potential for renewal or extension based on project requirements and individual performance.
