TGRC, a leading recruitment agency specialized in renewable energy staffing, is currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an onshore wind project in Kaunas. This role is crucial for the efficient and safe operation of the site and offers a competitive day rate of €600.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee the daily operations at the onshore wind farm site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and adherence to safety standards.

• Manage site personnel, effectively coordinating tasks and schedules to enhance productivity.

• Act as the primary point of contact for communication between company headquarters, local authorities, and contractors, ensuring smooth and clear exchanges.

• Employ robust project management practices to monitor progress, address any delays, and optimize overall performance.

• Enforce all environmental regulations and work towards minimizing the environmental impact of operations.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager in the onshore wind energy field.

• Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to manage diverse teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions quickly, particularly under pressure.

• Proficient with project management software and knowledgeable about the latest industry technologies.

• Fluent in English; additional language skills are beneficial.

This is a 12-month contract position, with possibilities for renewal or extension based on project needs and performance evaluations.
