Site Manager – Offshore Wind Project
Location: Akita City, Japan
Contract Duration: 16 months
Hourly Rate: $55-$75 USD
The Green Recruitment Company is thrilled to partner with a renowned Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firm on an exhilarating Offshore Wind project. We are actively seeking an energetic and capable Site Manager to oversee the project operations in Akita City, Japan.
Role Overview: As the Site Manager, you will be the central figure on-site, responsible for driving the project to successful completion. Your leadership will ensure that all aspects of the site operations are managed effectively, maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the on-site operations for the offshore wind project, ensuring all activities adhere to project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Manage project timelines and coordinate tasks among project teams, contractors, and suppliers to guarantee seamless execution.
Uphold strict safety and quality control measures, conducting regular site inspections and assessments.
Act as the primary point of contact for all site-related communications, keeping stakeholders well-informed about project progress and developments.
Proactively address any operational challenges, applying innovative solutions to mitigate risks and avoid delays.
Requirements:
Proven track record as a Site Manager in large-scale offshore wind or similar projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Japanese is highly advantageous.
Relevant technical or project management qualifications.
