Site Manager – Floating Offshore Wind Project
Location: Kuji City, Japan
Contract Duration: 16 months
Hourly Rate: $55-$75 USD
The Green Recruitment Company is excited to partner with a forward-thinking renewable energy developer currently spearheading a Floating Offshore Wind project. We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee operations in Kuji City, Japan.
Role Overview: The Site Manager will be the primary on-site leader, responsible for the execution and completion of a floating offshore wind project. This pivotal role involves managing all aspects of site operations, ensuring the project meets safety, quality, schedule, and budgetary objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the floating offshore wind project site.
Manage project milestones from conception through completion with a keen focus on safety and efficiency.
Coordinate between project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations and communication.
Implement and monitor strict safety protocols and quality control measures.
Prepare detailed progress reports and present them to stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing large-scale offshore wind projects, with specific experience in floating technologies preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Japanese is highly beneficial.
Relevant certifications in construction management, engineering, or related fields.
