Senior/Legal Counsel for a global and leading developer, constructor, and financer of large-scale solar power plants.

Releases new energy - your use:

• Legal advice to all departments with a focus on project development in Germany
• Legal advice regarding the development, acquisition, construction, financing, and sale of solar parks in Europe
• Design, review, and negotiate project development, construction, maintenance, and subcontractor contracts on a national and international level
• Advise and support in the development of projects in the field of renewable energies
• Provide legal advice on M&A transactions and project financing
• Participate in contract negotiations and conduct them
• Support the execution of due diligence as well as portfolio management
• Coordinate the cooperation with external law firms

Your profile:

• Completed your law studies (second state examination)
• Professional experience in a law firm or company
• Renewable energy, M&A/corporate, real estate, and/or project development experience
• Fluent German and English
